Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You will not be charged a restocking or handling fee and you will not be charged additional postage to re-send the product if you choose to exchange instead of accepting a refund. We accept products that have been opened and used provided they are properly re-sealed prior to their return. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be made to the original card or account with which the purchase was made and may take up to 3 working days to be processed depending on the bank or financial institute involved. Please contact us to inform us of your intention to return your product with a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied. Proof of purchase will need to be provided with the returned items before the return or exchange can be processed. We value your feedback and will endeavor to improve our product and service based on your feedback.
